At the Northwest Nonspeakers Alliance, we believe communication is a basic human right. We are an alliance of professionals dedicated to helping nonspeakers communicate effectively through alternative methods.

This is what we believe.

Our mission is to help nonspeakers achieve autonomy and agency. We do this by teaching nonspeakers the motor skills needed to point to letters and spell as a method of communication. Our goal is to help all nonspeakers have the ability to communicate in a robust and reliable way.
